A Partnership That Delivered 9x Results
​Consultants for Impact came to Effct.org with a clear mission and a need for strategic guidance on how to achieve it.
​
As a global network of current and former consultants dedicated to applying their skills for social good, Consultants for Impact helps consultants transition into high-impact careers, and provides personalized support, such as 1:1 career counseling.
​
Their goal for 2025? To boost brand awareness and build a strong pipeline for identifying top consulting talent worldwide.

Building Relationships & Strategy
We began this campaign with the goal of building Consultants for Impact social awareness on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. We first worked closely alongside Sarah and Emily on the Consultants for Impact team to fully understand and internalize their brand, brand voice, and audience.

Together we analyzed what was working in the space. Feeling inspired by the Consulting Humor Instagram page, we recognized memes as a great opportunity for engagement. At the same time we wanted to share the important work the organization is doing. So, we felt that highlighting pain points, valuable resources and current member stories would bring that to life. That led to outstanding content like this:

We are excited to be an ongoing partner with Consultants for Impact and their terrific team.
We are currently developinga full marketing funnel to get people into their network and support consultants in their careers. This continued campaign includes Reddit advertisements, traffic advertisements to their website, newsletter sign-ups, and career conversation applications. ​
