Generating 400+ Leads for an Elementary School's First Year of Enrollment

BEFORE

Prelude Prep is a new, tuition-free, public prep school that opened August 2021 on the Southside of San Antonio. Its mission is to build a strong foundation with their innovative model of academic rigor, support, play, and high expectations. In its first year, the school wanted to enroll students in pre-k, kindergarten, first grade, and second grade. 

As a school without any organized digital marketing campaigns in place, Effct made a plan to generate at least 400 leads via texting and Facebook ads. 

 

 

AFTER

From June 17 to August 12, Effct generated 451 leads at $37 per lead, with the most effective form of ads being Facebook Messenger ads at just $26 per lead. Additionally, Effct increased Prelude's overall brand awareness by cultivating 539,437 total impressions, which could help the school with enrollments in the coming years. Finally, Effct helped Prelude Prep utilize Hubspot for tracking and converting leads, and also assisted Prelude in the development of landing pages and lead magnets.
